BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Serenava Wellness, appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please review the following policies before booking.
1. BOOKING
All appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system. Payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
2. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Non-member clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
Membership clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and receive one late reschedule pass per year.
Cancellations or reschedules outside of the allowed timeframes may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee or service credit.
3. NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of payment or service credit. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
4. LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeiture of the appointment without refund if it impacts the schedule.
5. MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled according to membership terms. Membership service credits may roll over as outlined in the membership description. Membership benefits and credits are non-transferable.
6. VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS
Virtual consultations are non-refundable once booked. Clients are responsible for completing intake forms prior to the appointment. Missed virtual consultations will be considered no-shows.
7. EMERGENCIES
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate when appropriate.
8. POLICY AGREEMENT
By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
