Please discontinue use of acids, retinols, exfoliants, waxing, threading, or shaving in the treatment area at least 3 days prior to your appointment.
If this is your first wax, peel, or liquid microneedling service, discontinue these products 5 days prior.If you have used Accutane, I cannot perform any exfoliating treatments, including waxing, until you have been off the medication for at least 6 months.
After booking, you will receive an email with a link to required intake forms. Please complete these prior to your appointment so I can best customize your consultation and treatment.
Please also come prepared with a detailed list or photos of all skincare products you currently use, including professional, over-the-counter, and prescription products. This helps keep your treatment safe and ensures the most accurate recommendations.
If you have questions at any point, please reach out and review all policies before your visit.

Your first appointment begins with a comprehensive consultation where we discuss your skin concerns, goals, lifestyle, and product history. If you are working toward specific skin goals, I will create a custom treatment plan and discuss a supportive home care regimen.
My philosophy is to get to know your skin first. Rather than selling a full routine right away, I may recommend one or two products to start and build from there over time. Trust, consistency, and results take time, and your long-term skin health always comes before selling products.
I am always honest about what I believe your skin needs, and the experience works best when that honesty goes both ways. If something does not fit your budget, you don’t like a product, or you have concerns about a service, please communicate that with me so I can create the best experience for you.

I am located inside Phenix Salon Suites in Frisco, TX near the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Eldorado Parkway. The property is located behind Fellowship Church.
Please use the main entrance doors, as the back doors near the church and Market Street are typically locked. I may not be able to let you in through those entrances if I am with another client.

Memberships require a 3-month commitment, as this timeframe allows for visible progress and gives me time to truly learn your skin and provide more detailed recommendations.
Memberships are billed monthly and must be canceled to discontinue the billing cycle.
Unused membership credits roll over for up to 6 months, after which they will expire. I do my best to send reminders, but cannot guarantee tracking every unused credit.Members may add additional services or upgrade to a higher-level service by simply paying the difference in price.

I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $50 fee
• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service price
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show unless discussed with me in advanceLate arrivals may result in a shortened appointment due to scheduling constraints. Rushing a service often leads to a less-than-ideal experience, which I want to avoid for both of us. Clear communication is always appreciated.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment in order to protect my time and reduce no-shows, which are unfortunately common in this industry.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I arrive early and prepare products and equipment based on your individual needs. Your card will not be charged in advance and will only be used if the cancellation or no-show policy is violated.
All payment information is securely processed through my booking system and is never stored or accessed by me.
If a card is frozen or prevents enforcement of the policy, future appointments will not be accepted. While I prefer not to require deposits, I reserve the right to do so to ensure appointments are respected.

I currently use and carry Mixi Skincare, Lira Clinical, and GlyMed+. For lashes and brows I use Brow Code and Refectocil as well as Aura Monaco for Korean Lash Lifts. These lines were chosen for their proven results, brand integrity, education provided, and thoughtful formulation.
I offer a range of price points to make professional skincare accessible across different budgets. I also plan to carry a fully botanical line in the future to expand options for holistic and ingredient-conscious clients.
