By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES

Serenava Wellness provides professional esthetic services and wellness consultations. All services are non-medical and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary from person to person.

2. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS

Appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system. Payment may be required at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to select the correct service and appointment time.

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments according to the policies outlined at the time of booking. Failure to follow the cancellation policy may result in forfeiture of payment or service credit. Membership rescheduling rules are outlined separately and apply only to active members.

4. MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with membership terms. Membership benefits, discounts, and service credits are non-transferable. Unused credits may roll over if stated in the membership description. Serenava Wellness reserves the right to modify membership offerings with notice.

5. VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

Virtual consultations are for educational and informational purposes only. Recommendations are based on information provided by the client and do not replace medical advice. Clients are responsible for disclosing accurate health and skincare history.

6. PRODUCTS

All product sales are final unless otherwise stated. Product recommendations are based on professional experience and client-provided information. Serenava Wellness is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities or misuse of products.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding health history, medications, allergies, and skincare use. Serenava Wellness is not liable for issues arising from withheld or inaccurate information.

8. LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or forfeiture of the appointment without refund, depending on availability.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and materials, is the property of Serenava Wellness and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Serenava Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services, products, or website content.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Serenava Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
